Graduate Affairs is responsible to:-
Process students’ graduation status.
Consultation for further studies. (Local and overseas).
Update Alumni status.
Organize convocation ceremony.
Establish relationship with Institute of Higher Learning (local and abroad) for credit transfer and further study opportunities for IIC graduates.
Organize Academic talk & career talk.

Graduation Matters
Graduation form must be submitted by the graduating students (the final semester students) to Academic Affairs Office before the given deadline. Notice will be posted by the department a month before the end of the graduating semester and please check your name in the list.
Please follow the guidelines below for the procedures regarding the submission of graduation form:-
Download and print the graduation form according to your course and matric number. The form is in .pdf format, you need a .pdf viewer to open.
Fill in all the particulars and submit the form to ACAD in the container provided according to your course.
You will not be invited for IIC Convocation Ceromony if you fail to submit your Graduation Form.
